Take a look at all new open positions on your dashboard or receive notifications on your e-mail about all the jobs that can be interesting for you. You can immediately see how much you can earn if you manage to close the position. Apply right away if you have the right candidate or shortlist it if you need some time to take a proper look on your database.
Step 2: Request engagement
Found a position that you can fill? Request engagement. Send a short message to the employer and tell him why exactly you can help him. Of course, a lot of information is already written on your profile, but do not miss an opportunity to make a good impression.
Step 3: Submit candidates
When your request is approved submit candidates for the position. Pay attention to the amount of CVs the employer allows one recruiter to upload, so send your best candidates first. Upload the candidates using a shortened or a full CV template. Do not worry, all the personal information will be hidden from the potential employer.
Step 4: Track your candidates
Stay up-to-date through your dashboard. Keep a track of all positions where you have your candidates sent and get notifications every time your candidate is moved through the pipeline.
Step 5: Schedule an interview
Schedule an interview if your candidate has been chosen. We will send the contact information of the candidate to the employer only after your approval and when the money will be transferred to our deposit account, so you can be sure that in case of successful employment, money will be withdrawn on your account.
Step 6: Get your money paid
If you found yourself the right candidate that passed all interview phases and trial period, the money will be transferred to your account.
